While they're virtually invisible here in the UK, I've been aware of the Church since I heard the Baby Grande demos a few years back and loved the songwriting.

It was a few months back that I remembered to look for the Church on amazon. I got the 'best of' record, which was a gamble that I instinctively knew would pay off (thanks to my kitten powers!) And I loved it. Played it night and day, amazed how obscure such a fantastic band were.
