At times he comes across like Craig Armstrong being remixed by Autechre. For an electronic artist he mostly plays pretty safe however just as you think this will all be easy to digest Hopkins will surprise you with some dark abstract beats. Its one of those albums that i haven't filed yet cause its been under constant rotation...its that good.
