I think:

- The loop in Dead man's dream is a lesson to the hoardes of Cr*p that exists in the age of computer generated music. It's how you use it - less is more etc. This only highlights to me also Steve Kilbeys bass talents - simple, dreamy and a song in every hook.

- This album mostly induces sadness. The thinks that make ME sad in this album?
- My little problem
- Lost my touch
- loveblind and it's reprise in Dead man's dream. Reprises are sad I think. Like a memory of a dead loved one.
- Lullaby. I dig these short sharp offerings. No need for anymore in this song. A filler, but its the cream in the sponge / garlic butter in the Kiev I think.

- The intoduction of Marty's voice in Two Places. "Trinkets sing on a desert wind behind here". This was a beginning of an appreciation of Marty's voice for me. I never really warmed to it before to be honest, but this verse did it for me.
