I looked for this for a long time at an affordable price. Definately it was most consistently one of the hardest releases to get from the Church without paying a ton of money. I saw it on Ebay for as much as $90 US at one point. I couldn't justify going over $35 - $40. I'm glad my patience payed off here & that the money went to the band when they finally remastered it.

The hardest release now? Well, I don't think any other will come close to the rarity that Sing Songs held (maybe the single releases), but Temperature Drop in Downtown Winterland has subtley taken its place as the rarity. Or am I wrong? What else is out there? Maybe that's a new thread.

Anyways, The Night is Very Soft is probably my favorite off of this. It reminds my of the cool summer night's air & the adventures that sometimes come during those same summer nights. For Wintertime, it relates (for me) to that ultra cold stillness far below zero in the dead of night.... Very quiet - it's nice :)
