Preist=Aura was jealous when I started listening to Heyday. I got Heyday shortly after P=A, and it took the lead as top dog for awhile...you know how it is though, whenever you experience something new, you are always going to be more excited. "Myrrh", "Columbus", "As You Will", and that one that goes "oh, oh, what an ending baby, promise you'll remember me"(I forget the name of that one all the time and I am too lazy to look right now...its 5 in the morning and I haven't been to sleep yet) won my soul right away. I would keep going back and forth between the four of them for hours at a time. I remember having this disc on repeat while I was sleeping and waking up to "Columbus." There is something about that feeling of being in between sleep and consciousness that remains a strange un-solved mystery. Waking up to "Columbus" gave me a great feeling of Euphoria and I don't know if I'll ever get to experience that again...but I hope I do. I can't explain it...it was just really, really cool. After awhile, "As You Will" became my favorite and is actually one of my favorites out of all songs on all albums.

Though it is hard to top Priest=Aura, this album is pretty much tie with it, being Priest=Aura is balanced the whole way through, Heyday is one of the albums that you can play the whole way through, but it goes in a less consistent pattern...I don't really know how to say this...I guess I will say, you will know your favorites in Heyday, and they will be hard core favorites, in Priest, there are just too many to choose from, although I would have to say "Lustre" and "Mistress" are at the top.
