Johnny Marr + Neil Finn
I'm listening to 7 Worlds Collide and Johnny Marr is singing "Down on the Corner". This is a great, classic sounding Brit pop type of song.
Question.
Is this a "Healers" [I think that's the band's name] song, Marr solo effort or a Smith tune ?
I couldn't find the song mentioned on the few Johnny Marr web sites I visited.
Also, does anyone have an opinion on the "Healers" ?
Thanks,
Matt

Re: Johnny Marr + Neil Finn
I, too, was curious as to whether this was an unreleased Healers tune. I can't really form much of an opinion on the Healers as I've only heard one or two songs, and neither left much of an impression, I'm sad to say. What's the status of the band, anyway? Are they putting out a full-length any time soon?
I must say that, so far, 7 Worlds Collide is my album of the year. (Neil Finn's solo record is giving it a run for its money, though.) I envy anyone who witnessed the Worlds shows in person.

Re: Johnny Marr + Neil Finn
I know nothing about Healers, but i must say that "7 worlds collide" surely is one really, really beautiful album, full of great song sung and played by great musicians.
Weather with you is superb and Don't dream is over needs no comment.
Buy it is worth every cent.

PS I must be very hip having agreed on something with Heatherspace...am i part of a clique now?
say goodby to the duplicates, even if they will stay in the index presently
