Earlier I ate 3 big pieces of fried chicken and I just finished 2 bowls of cookie crisps!!! My metabolism started going down about 2 years ago and I gained about 15 pounds of fat. I started doing a non demanding work out consisting of a few sit ups,push ups and weights about 8 months ago. I look and feel allot better than I did a year ago and I still eat all the yummy food. Muscles burns more calories even when theyre inactive. cardiovascular will burn fat almost instantly but you can easily gain it back when theres no muscle mass to eat the new calories. I guess that's why so many weight loss programs are based on aerobic exercise which burns calories and builds muscle. Ive never heard of a diet that works,lasts or is completely safe. Just think, you can eat the same boring crap day after day or take 3 hours a week when a commercial is on or your waiting for an mp3 to download.
