I like tofu. Get the firm stuff and cook it good, with olive oil. In my fridge right now are two tupperwear bowls of leftover whole grain rice (the only rice worth eating), crimini mushrooms, and tofu. Stir fried at home to perfection.

Olive oil and Garlic are very good for you. Tofu is just good (has copper which can make you excited, and not in the "..or are you just happy to see me" way.)
