well, i definately cook a lot more. cook is a strong word. i prepare the majority of my work-lunch meals at home. i'm kind of proud of that.

i went to go visit hanani a couple of weeks ago, and his wife makes some WONDERFUL FOOD. thanks again steve and fam! i was thinking about getting some ideas from her.

i'm a little strange. if i cook, it will primarily be in one genre of food for a period of time (right now asian) and when i figure out 4 or 5 things i move onto the next.

as far as weight....i need to excersize. just for my heart. i have kids and don't want to crap out early because i didn't take care of myself. i went to the doctor recently (a new one) and his nurse asked me a list of questions....

Nurse (N): do you smoke?
Ima (I): No, i quit several years ago.
N: Caffiene intake?
I: No.
N: None?!
I: Except whatever i happen to get from chocolate. i'm not insane you know. i quit caffiene about 4 months ago.
N: Wow, that's great. How about alcohol?
I: Maybe a total of 3 or 4 beers a month, if i'm lucky ;) .
N: Exersize?
I: About as much as i drink, smoke and consume caffiene.
N: aaahh!

you know, i play guitar, i'm trying to study for an A+ exam. i'm a dad. i work.... i would like to excersize, but not at 10:30p. and hell if im waking up at 5. so, i guess things stay as they are for awhile longer.

but that doesn't have anything to do with anything really. did i tell you its 3am?
