My family always makes punch on Christmas and New Years... I don't really know what they put in it, Midori, ginger ale and what ever leftovers they find.

I am looking forward to my friends cooking up some Mulled Wine... even though the weather here suits that to be drunk in June instead.

The heat really slows down the drinking process at Christmas (you can't afford a hangover when it's sticky and hot)... though the cold beer and gin/tonics go well at BBQs.
