I know what he was referring to. But he also implies that Lurie agrees with his views on Untitled #23, and that is not accurate. My first link refers to that. Here's the sentence:

"I said in the book that they needed to find a great producer-their own George Martin-but they've proved me wrong with this recent album."

And the second link -- to Lurie's review of the album -- tells in more detail his thoughts on the album. Quite apparently, he doesn't feel they fucked up on "quality control" on this album.
