Nice to hear the bonus tracks. The right tracks were left out. The Girl is still perhaps the most complete bonus track but too uplifting for the album. Marine Drive is okay or almost good but sounds a bit half baked. Xmas is a christmas song in a strange way and it doesn't really fit anywhere.

The real album itself is still excellent. I don't see any weak tracks in there. I believe the band could do more "strong" tracks if they wanted to but the album just needs other kind of songs. This album, or any other the church- album, feels very old fashioned in a good way, because very few artists still do albums that are all good and the sequencing is carefully thought out. Every song matters in the journey.

...and IMO Volkano is a masterpiece of subtle songcraft. the church are the champions of the subtle and Volkano is an incredible track. That track has so many parts that flow into each other seamlessly but not in a flashy way. I have no idea if it's PK or Ian with that slightly fuzzy space guitar in the end but it is flowing almost too gracefully. Many bands would have their masterpiece complete with just a half of that song. In the church-album Volkano is just dismissed and left waiting. Come on, is there any other artist in this planet who could even remotely pull off the vision and absolute mastery of a "small" song that is Volkano? Talk Talk or Kate Bush at their heyday perhaps.
