i'm your typical american. i eat lots of processed food that is probably high in fat and not so good for me. i am somewhat overweight, but not too much. i'm kind of an analytical guy...i extrapolated my weight gain to 10 years, and yikes. i need to do something different.
i got my rice / vegetable steamer out of storage and going to make stir fry tonite (ez on the oil).
does anyone have any good, quick and easy recpies for healthy food that would make you feel like you ate something when you are done?
(this is the lounge btw...if you can talk politics, i can talk food).
